Super Mouse收到客户发的一台华为S5700S-28P-LI-AC交换机，故障为不能启动便捷面板指示灯SYS灯闪烁，使用Combo链接交换机后发现启动文件丢失了 – – 可能又像是华三那样Flash 损坏导致的？

启动时Combo打印的故障信息，Error: “flash:/s5700s-p-li-v200r008c00spc500.cc” is a invalid package file 提示找不到s5700s-p-li-v200r008c00spc500.cc，可以判定是启动文件丢失导致的交换机不能启动
按下Ctrl+B进入 BootROM menu 使用3CDaemon的TFTP功能上传s5700s-p-li-v200r008c00spc500.cc看看能不能修复此故障
进入BootLoad系统菜单
设备在开始启动时，屏幕显示如下信息。

在倒计时结束前按下“Ctrl+B”，正确输入密码（缺值密码是[email protected]）后，进入BootLoad主系统菜单。屏幕显示如下信息。

进入网口子系统，选择“4. Enter ethernet submenu”，屏幕显示如下信息

更改网口参数
选择“4. Modify ethernet interface boot parameter”，屏幕显示如下信息。

请根据实际情况选择使用TFTP还是FTP进行传输。
例如选择“2. Set FTP protocol parameters”后，屏幕逐次显示如下信息。显示信息无法删除，重新设置之后新设置将覆盖原先设置，当然我选用TFTP，教程是FTP 两个选项看你喜欢哪个。

每一项对应的值如下：
l Load File name：要加载的大包文件名
l Switch IP address：设备IP地址(IP掩码可配也可以不配)
l Server IP address：服务器（PC）IP地址
l FTP User Name：FTP用户名
l FTP User Password：FTP密码
修改完网口参数后，选择“3. Return to ethernet menu”返回网口子菜单。有管理网口的设备请将数据线连接到交换机的管理网口上；无管理网口的设备请将数据线接交换机的面板1端口。 然后选择“2. Download file to Flash through ethernet interface”进行加载操作。屏幕显示如下：

文件传输完毕后，系统返回网口子菜单，选择“5. Return to main menu”返回BootLoad主菜单，reboot之后交换机能读取到主启动文件故障修复，没有坏存储芯片万幸中的万幸，华为的存储芯片和H3C的不一样，H3C用的是SOP-16宽体芯片 而 华为用的是TSOP-48换起来要人命。。
